Thanks to Degica for translations. The game itself is not included. The files have been repacked as the original installer isn't compatible with 'non-Steam' installs. Note that this patch was released for the Sekai Project-published build. If you've purchased the Degica-published version, you may need to update. I can launch it via Wine, but whatever check the patch does to confirm that the game's initialized doesn't succeed on Linux.
