If you already have setup the Versa 2 with your account, you should be able to transfer the music to your device. How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? If none of those things are available on Windows10, how would one transfer owned music to the watch? Being able to load my purchased music and run without my phone was a key reason I bought the Versa 2. Hope this gets fixed asap!
Who can we contact to get this addressed?! This is the only reason I bought the versa 2 and seems unfair that I can't transfer music if I don't have an apple computer. It's synced on my phone app, but when I log into the windows app to transfer music just as the watch said I should, it neither recognizes my device in my account or gives me the opportunity.
