Beatmaps not downloading as osz files

I think the issue is caused by a certain number of maps being skeletons that is to say that they have a folder within the "Songs" folder, and they have a. I know that skeletons get created by choosing the "Delete all visible beatmaps" at song select, but I think there are other ways as well. After a certain number of skeletons, new maps will not load and the indexing of the thumbnails of beatmaps at song select will also be off.
