Delete app but keeps data when re download






















Just adding to this, we found that in Android 9 on a HMD Nokia device that the assets were held, even after deleting the app through the interface and through adb.

I had the same issue. Which parameters except the Backup ones did you add to solve it? Is "installLocation" related to this issue as well? I find that this does work, but sadly the AndroidManifest gets regenerated by VS and these attribs get lost.
